A customer care lover, I do believe that no business can survive without customers and that is why I make them my priority in every service I offer to them.
Before embarking on my UX Design journey I work as a freelanced service provider online where I offered services to small business owners that helps them promote their businesses online. Services like: Business registration service, Google my business listing, and Facebook Ad service.
This allowed me to provide value to my customers/clients. But you know one funny thing, I didn’t see the work as work because it was something I enjoyed doing…Knowing I was providing solutions for my client’s small business to grow online.
My journey to this career was not a straightforward one but one thing I can say for sure is that the journey all started when I did my research and discovered that the UX field is all about making things better for customers.
If I am asked to define “Bob-Daawid” as a person in one sentence I would say…
Bob-Daawid is a customer care lover.

Life Outside Business
One thing I cherish outside work is finding time with my friends and family.
The photos you see are of me and my formal colleagues at my place of IT. we decided to take a day off work and organize a football match within ourselves.
It was a time worth spending together 🫠
Although my team lost lol i guess the main thing was that we all had fun 😉
