Business owner's Need
Small business owners expressed frustration with the challenges of gaining online visibility and improving sales for their businesses online.
Research
To better grasp the challenges faced by small business owners, I conducted research by interviewing a selection of my business clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their concerns.
Problem
Through my research, I identified the primary issues faced by these small business owners:

These challenges were the key problems affecting their overall business success.
Solution
My goal was to leverage my service to provide small businesses with increased visibility by educating them on listing their businesses on Google and understanding how the Google listing algorithm works.
This knowledge empowered them to effectively utilize Google's platform and achieve their desired outcomes.
This brought me to the question
How can we create a system that provides a way to give small businesses more online visibility?
